Requirements

Education

• Master of Commerce (MCom) / Master of Business Administration (MBA) Major in Accounting or Finance from any reputed University.
• The role demands a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/FCA) with strong manufacturing finance exposure, leadership maturity, and the ability to drive financial discipline andstrategic decision-making.

Experience

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in Finance & Accounts.
• At least 2 years of experience in AGM or DGM-level position.
• Proven experience in denim textile / textile manufacturing industry / any othermanufacturing organization.
• Strong exposure to manufacturing costing, compliance, and financial governance.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capability.

Responsibilities & Context

• Strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Costing, margin analysis, and profitability improvement for denim/textile operations.
• Cash flow management, fund utilization, and working capital optimization.
• Oversight of Accounts, Taxation, VAT, and Statutory Audit.
• Coordination with internal and external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Support management decision-making through financial insights and MIS reporting.
• Strengthening internal controls, financial policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Leading and mentoring the finance team to enhance capabilities and performance.
