Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in any discipline from a reputed university.

Experience

• At least 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments,Textile (Specially in Denim Manufacturing Company).

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of relevant professional experience in Commercial.
• At least 2 or 3 years of experience in DGM/GM level position.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capability.

Responsibilities & Context

• Monitor and control all import and export operations to ensure timely execution and regulatory compliance.
• Adequate knowledge and skill on imported goods assessment procedure according to different customs authority.
• Oversee banking activities including LC opening, amendment, negotiation, settlement,and payment collection.
• Supervise bond management activities, ensuring COC with bonded warehouse and customs regulations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely collection of government incentives,subsidies, and export benefits.
• Coordinate with banks, customs, C&F agents, and relevant government authorities for smooth commercial operations.
• Ensure full compliance with trade laws, customs rules, VAT, tax, and foreign exchange regulations.
• Control commercial costs and optimize landed cost through effective negotiation and planning.
• Track key commercial KPIs and report status and risks to top management.
• Lead and guide the commercial team to ensure operational discipline and accountability.
