Dhaka, DECEMBER 21, 2019 : ২১ ডিসেম্বর ২০১৯ তারিখে সামারাই কনভেনশন সেন্টারে এনভয় টেক্সটাইলস্ লিমিটেড-এর ২৪তম বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। সভায় সভাপতিত্ব করেন কোম্পানীর চেয়ারম্যান প্রকৌশলী কুতুবউদ্দিন আহমেদ। সভায় আরো উপস্থিত ছিলেন কোম্পানীর ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিচালক জনাব আব্দুস সালাম মুর্শেদী এমপি, পরিচালক জনাব তানভীর আহমেদ, ব্যারিস্টার শেহরিন সালাম ঐশী, মিসেস সুমাইয়া আহমেদ, জনাব ইশমাম সালাম, স্বতন্ত্র পরিচালক জনাব সৈয়দ শাহেদ রেজা, স্বতন্ত্র পরিচালক জনাব ইতরাত হুসাইন এফসিএমএ, এফসিএস ও কোম্পানী সেক্রেটারী জনাব এম সাইফুল ইসলাম চৌধুরী এফসিএস।

সভায় বিপুল সংখ্যক শেয়ারহোল্ডারের উপস্থিতিতে ও সম্মতিতে সাধারণ সভার নিয়মিত এজেন্ডা সমূহ অনুমোদিত হয়। সভায় শেয়ারহোল্ডাদের জন্য ৩০ জুন ২০১৯ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য ১৫ শতাংশ নগদ লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা অনুমোদিত হয়।

Managing Director Mr. Abdus Salam Murshedy MP, Director Mr. Tanvir Ahmed, Barrister Shehrin Salam Oishee, Mrs. Sumayyah Ahmed, Mr. Ishmam Salam, Independent Director Mr. Syed Shahed Reza, Mr. Itrat Husain FCMA, FCS and Company Secretary Mr. M Saiful Islam Chowdhury FCS were also present at the AGM which approved 15 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2019.

Dhaka, DECEMBER 20, 2018 : ২০ ডিসেম্বর ২০১৮ তারিখে সামারাই কনভেনশন সেন্টারে এনভয় টেক্সটাইলস্ লিমিটেড-এর ২৩তম বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। সভায় সভাপতিত্ব করেন কোম্পানীর চেয়ারম্যান প্রকৌশলী কুতুবউদ্দিন আহমেদ। সভায় আরো উপস্থিত ছিলেন কোম্পানীর পরিচালক মিসেস রাশিদা আহমেদ, ব্যারিস্টার শেহরিন সালাম ঐশী, জনাব ইশমাম সালাম, স্বতন্ত্র পরিচালক জনাব আবুল কালাম আজাদ, এফসিএ, শেখ বশির আহমেদ ও কোম্পানী সেক্রেটারী জনাব সাইফুল ইসলাম চৌধুরী এফসিএস।

সভায় বিপুল সংখ্যক শেয়ারহোল্ডারের উপস্থিতিতে ও সম্মতিতে সাধারণ সভার নিয়মিত এজেন্ডা সমূহ অনুমোদিত হয়। সভায় শেয়ারহোল্ডাদের জন্য ৩০ জুন ২০১৮ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য ১০ শতাংশ নগদ ও ২ শতাংশ স্টক ডিভিডেন্ড ঘোষণা অনুমোদিত হয়।

Dhaka, DECEMBER 24, 2014:The 19th AGM of Envoy Textiles Limited (ETL) was held on Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Samarai Convention Center, Panthapath, Dhaka at 10.00 AM. Spinning Project Loan Agreement With HSBC & BRAC Bank

Dhaka, AUGUST 20, 2014 : On 20 August 2014 a loan agreement signing ceremony was held at the corporate office of Envoy Textiles Limited with HSBC and BRAC Bank Ltd for setting up spinning unit having annual production capacity of 17,500 ton, a total of USD 20 Million under offshore financing arrangement, subject to final approval from relevant authority. The senior officials of both Banks and the Company including Mr. Kutubuddin Ahmed, Chairman of Envoy Textiles Limited were present at the occasion.
