With an annual denim production capacity of approximately 60 million yards, Envoy Textiles combines manufacturing strength with a broad range of constructions designed for global markets. The mill operates 384 advanced looms and produces fabrics ranging from 4.5 oz to 14.75 oz, covering both ring and open-end denim across varied indigo and black shades. Its offering extends from classic pure-indigo and ring-ring constructions to stretch, mill-wash and contemporary finished fabrics developed for changing consumer preferences.

Supported by in-house spinning and integrated manufacturing capabilities, Envoy Textiles maintains greater control over yarn selection, fabric development and production consistency. This combination of capacity, technical depth and product versatility enables the company to respond to diverse customer requirements while continuing to develop new denim concepts for an evolving international market.

Envoy Textiles has implemented backward integration in its denim production by establishing its own spinning unit within the factory compound. Spanning an area of 320,000 square feet, the unit uses state-of-the-art technology, producing approximately with an annual capacity approximately upto 30,000 MT. Commercial operations of the spinning unit began at the end of 2016, marking a milestone in Envoy Textiles' vertical integration and control over denim manufacturing.

The company has also established a blended yarn project, which involves production yarn using a significant proportion of cotton substitute raw materials, reflecting the growing use of man-made fibers. The project commenced commercial operation on 1 April 2023 with a capacity of 4375 MT per year. It features advanced European and Japanese machinery and occupies a floor space of 75,000 square feet within the existing factory premises.

Sustainable Initiatives

We have implemented initiatives focused on reducing waste, conserving resources, and minimizing environmental impact. One of the key initiatives is our state-of-the-art Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).

Our ETP treats wastewater generated by our manufacturing processes, ensuring it meets high environmental standards before being released back into the environment. Through this system, we remove harmful chemicals and pollutants, including dyes, detergents, and heavy metals. In addition, we have introduced other sustainability initiatives such as rainwater harvesting, energy-efficient lighting, and recycling programs. We are proud members of the Better Cotton Initiative and Cotton Made in Africa. We work closely with suppliers to ensure responsible raw material sourcing.

At Envoy, people are the foundation of our success. We are dedicated to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace where employees can grow professionally and personally. Through continuous learning initiatives and specialized training programs, we help our workforce strengthen both technical and soft skills, creating a motivated and highly capable team. Employee well-being is also a priority, supported by healthcare facilities, a 24-hour medical center, and access to company doctors.

Envoy Textiles Limited values long-term partnership with global customers by consistently delivering high-quality products on time and staying aligned with evolving market trends. The trust and repeat business from international buyers reflect our commitment to excellence, innovation, sustainability, and responsible growth within the textile industry.
